No, our process Is such that It emphasizes a thorough and analytical approach that relies on time to yield a more effective solution .

Will I need to speak to the logo designers?
There is no need, when you choose Performance Logo we do all the work. Our process is such that we extract all key strategic performance information we need via our "Beyond Opinion" intake form. We derive concepts based on those answers vs. whimsical tastes. If there are particular idiosyncratic information you need to communicate, you are welcome to email our performance ensurers and we'll take it into consideration.

What if I want to change my answers?
It's important to consider your answers carefully before submitting them. Our process, and your logo's success, are based on the quality of your answers. Take your time, consult with others in your business if needed before submitting your completed intake form.

Would it be possible to include my tag line with the logo?
Yes. If you have an existing tag line, we can include it. Please be sure to indicate on the online "Beyond Opinion" intake form. that you currently have a tag line you'd like to use, and provide us with it.

Can we choose a specific color to be used in our logo?
Our process reveals what color will best represent you and what color your audience will best respond to. If for some reason you have a situation where you must adhere to a corporate standard, we will take that into consideration. (e.g.: new division of a company, company event, etc.)           

How will I view my 3 logo concepts?
We will send you, via email, a PDF containing 3 logo concepts, a written summary of the analysis, and a written overview of each logo concept.

What if I don't like the initial concepts you present?
Performance Logo concepts are developed to meet specific criteria derived from your answers gathered on our "Beyond Opinion" intake form. They focus on factors that will increase performance of your business, and are not geared to satisfying only whimsical tastes.

How do I pick my final design?
After you’ve made your choice from concept A, B, or C, we will need an email confirming which concept you have chosen.

How do you know what our audience will respond to and find relevant to our business?
Our "Beyond Opinion" intake survey/document is over 12 years in the making and created by designers, aesthetic strategists, survey writers, and customer loyalty experts.

Does it really include all the printing costs for a stationery system?
Yes, our standard package includes 500 of one business card, 500 standard envelopes, and 500 sheets of letterhead. Additional versions and quantities are also available for additional cost. Click here for specifics.

I have more employees I'd like business cards for, can you print more names? 
Absolutely. If you're placing a order, make sure you order additional names on the online checkout page. To add an additional name to your order, there will be an additional cost. If you've added employees after you've ordered a package, contact our performance ensurer to initialte a new business card order.

I have more than one office I'd like letterhead and envelopes printed for, can you print for more locations?
Absolutely. If you're placing a order, make sure you order additional letterhead/envelope set on the online checkout page. To add an additional address set to your order, there will be an additional cost. If you've added an address after you've ordered a package, contact our performance ensurer to initialte a new order.

Can I run my letterhead from my Stationery Package through my office printer?
Yes, these materials are offset printed on a laser compatible paper which guarantees you can run it through your office equipment without smudging or flaking.

Can I use my logo in other applications like Word, PPT, or Quickbooks?
Of course. In fact we provide customized templates for Word and PowerPoint that includes your logo and key company information. We also provide a logo usage guide with an easy to read chart which will help you select the proper logo and file format for your particular application. This will be included on the CD-ROM provided with your package.

Will my Performance Logo Identity Package work on both MAC and PC computers?
Yes, all files are provided on a CD-ROM which can be run on both platforms.

Can I use my Performance Logo Package on more than one computer?
Of course, you own all of the files supplied and you are free to use them as desired.

What file formats do you provide?
We provide full color (CMYK), spot color (PMS) and single color (B&W- with reversed option) versions of your logo in JPG(small, medium and large sizes), EPS, PDF, WMF, and PNG formats. Our logo usage guide includes an easy to read chart which will help you determine the best file format for your application.  All included on the CD-ROM which is part of your Performance Logo Package. All files will be compatible with PC and MAC platforms for any type of use: website design, promotional items, animation, signage, etc.

What are your Kits?
Kits are industry-specific marketing communication items we’ve pre-packaged into cost-effective bundles easily ordered from Performance Logo.

If I purchase a Kits, can I add or subtract items?
No. These kits are sold pre-packaged, but you can purchase additional items by contacting a performance ensurer for specifics. Or visit our Performance Logo Mall on-line store/catalog for custom items.
